Immigration controls

1) Controls imposed by national governments to restrict the entry of non-national and other non-authorized persons into their territories. Mainly intended to stop illegal immigrants, terrorists and other unwanted/undesirable entrants.

Such controls between EU states are to be abolished under SEM liberalization concept.
