TIR carnet

1) Approved customs document (printed in French) which accompanies TIR consignments showing full details of journey/load/ packaging, etc. Voucher removed and counterfoil stamped by Customs on departure, at each border crossing and on arrival.

Carnets are issued by guaranteeing bodies (eg RHA/FTA) to whom they must be returned on completion of journey.
