Overlap recording

1) Regarding tachograph records where driver leaves chart in instrument over night/weekend and finds that more than 24 hours' recording has been made.

For example, if he starts at 7 am one day and not until 8 am the next, a chart inserted on day one would show 25 hours' recording with an overlap from 7 am to 8 am on the second day. This is illegal.
