1) (1) Regional Distribution Centre. Warehouse/transport depot from which goods are distributed regionally. (2) Routiers Drivers' Club. Club for lorry drivers. (3) Radio data communication.

A means of data communications by radio between locations (eg in and between warehouses). (4) Rural Development Commission. Administers the Rural Transport Development Fund (set up under the Transport Act 1985) on behalf of the DTLR.
