1) The allocation of a unique number to one or more of a product during manufacture or assembly, to provide traceability. UN number 1) Internationally recognized code numbers for dangerous substances established by the UN (eg, for conveyance by road, as displayed on Hazchem labels, etc). Driver number 1) Batch number 1) A code used to identify the specific production point, for a product or an assembly, in a manufacturing or assembly process.
Registration mark/number 1) Provided for all registered motor vehicles - and registration document (see above). Must be displayed on plate (see below) mounted front and rear (with exceptions - eg motorcycles) and on rear of any trailer drawn. Rear plate must be indirectly illuminated when other obligatory lights of vehicle are on. Part number 1) A unique identification number allocated to a specific part either by the manufacturer or user of the part. |
