Swivelling spotlights
1) Lamps (ie work lamps) fixed to top of vehicle/ cab to give lights at scene of breakdown/accident/roadworks, etc. Must not be capable of being swivelled while vehicle is in motion (with exceptions) and may only be used for purposes stated. Must not cause dazzle to driver of any other vehicle.

1) Legal requirement relating to use of longer articulated vehicles (ie up to 16.5 metres), such vehicles must be capable of turning within inner and outer swept circles of 5.3 metres and 12.5 metres diameter respectively.
